Preparation Time :10-15 minutes Cooking Time :45-50minutes Toserver 10 Ingredients Milk maid :1 tin Milk :5 cups Carrots :3/4kg Suger (to taste) :1-2 tbsp Ghee :2tsp Nuts/Raisins :50gm Method 1Grate carrots. Add to miljk and bring to aboil. Cook on slow fire, stirring occasionally till milk dries up. 2. Add Milk maid and sugger. Cook on a slow fire till dry (about 25 to 30 minutes),strring occasionally. 3. Add ghee and cook for another 10 minutes. 4 Garnish with nuts, raisins and serve hot.
