Kalakand


Preparation Time : 5-10 minutes.
Cooking Time     :  10 minutes
makes 3/4kg

Ingredients

Milk maid          : 1 tin
paneer               : 1/2kg
Elaichi               :3-4, powder
Full cream milk powder :2heaped tbsp
Silver leaf           1

Method

1. Mash paneer coarsely and add milk poweder to it .
Add Milkmaid and mix.

2. Heat the mixture in a thick bottomed pan.
Cook on medium heat with constantstirring till the mixture become thick.
( 8-10 minutes )
3. Remove from fire and spread onto a greased plate. Sprinkle elaichipowder.
4. Top with silver leaf . 5. Cool and cut into squares .
