Milk : 4cups
Khoa :100gm
maida :1tbsp
Choped and
blanchedalmonds :10-12
kesar : 1/2tsp, powered

1M. ix to gether Milkmaid, milk , maida and khoa.
Bring to aboil, stirring constantly.
2. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring
constantly. Remove fromfire. Coll.
3Addalomonds and kesardissolved in 1 tsp of water.
4 Fill in to kulfi moulds and freeze 6-8 hours or
ovrnight.
