Malai Peda

Makes 20 pedas
Milkmaid 1 Tin
Milk 1 1/2 cups
Milk  1 tsp
Corn flour 1tsp
Citric acid  1/4tsp
Elachi  4-5,powdered
Ghee 1 tbsp
Yellow color A few drops
  • Heat ghee in a pen.  Add Milkmaid, milk and  citricacid dissolved in a little water .Continue heating and allow to curdle.
  • Make a paste of corn flour with 2 tbsp water. Add to the milk mixture after it curdles.
  • Continuwe cooking on slow /medium heat till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Add colour and mix well.
  • Empty the contentes onto a dish and shap into pedas. Decorate with elaichi powder.
