Bikaner, Day by day chikanguniya and malaria are being prevalent and rapidly infecting people but no proper action is being implemented by health department. These diseases are showing terrible face especially in areas like Parik Chok and other parts of district. In such scenario government officials must take initiatives for making situation normal but continuous indifference made people anxious and compelled them to draw attention of related authority. In order to this, some patients from Parik Chok were brought into Health Building or Swasthaya Bhawan along with their neighbors and they lied down these patients infront of CMHO’s office. They were making robust slogan against him.
They were unanimously demanding to make ample arrangement for better health care for preventing such disease. Being more aggressive protestors went to besiege CMHO officer Dr. KK Garg and shared their views with him and demanded to make circumstances convenient. About half an hour talks with officer couldn’t produce any satisfactory results which once again excited the protestors.
Having heard information of siege and protest SHO Mr. Rajendrasingh of Kotegate went to investigate the situation. Here, he made an appeal from protestors that only their delegates should talk with CAMHO. After this a delegation comprising congress leader Rajkumar Kiradu, Kailash Parik , Parshad Manish Purohit etc demanded to provide better health facilities for the people of Parik chok and also told him for fogging in such areas.
During this Congress leader Kiradu met with District Collector and told him about pitiable situations and request him for taking prompt action. Seeing the matter serious officer told CMHO to investigate the situation and to make circumstances convenient. In addition delegates of protestors also met with combined officer of Health Department MP Budaniya and conveyed him about the situations.
